Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items.
Returning the Item
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request return approval. Include your order number and details (including pictures, if it is a damaged product) about the item you would like to return. We will respond within 1 day with instructions on how to proceed if your return is approved.
To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must meet the following criteria:
- Only refunds to the original form of payment are accepted.
- Digital, printable, and custom orders do not qualify for refunds.
- The purchase must have been made within the last 30 days.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Clearance sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs - If your item meets our eligibility criteria, we will cover the costs of shipping the item back to us.
Return Time-frame - Returns cannot be accepted after 30 calendar days have passed. If you attempt to make a return after this period, we will send the item back to you, and you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. You can expect to receive your refund in the following manner:
- If you are returning the item by mail, please allow 1-3 weeks for us to receive the item.
- Once we receive the item, it will take 3-5 days to process the return and initiate the refund.
- If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
